Refund policy

Overview

At Aarya Jewels, we truly value your purchase, but we understand that you may have a change of heart! We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return & refund.

You can request a hassle-free return if you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you're simply not satisfied with your purchase.

Please note:

• All purchases of earrings are final due to hygiene reasons, with no exceptions
• All purchases of "sale" items are final, with no exceptions
• All purchases of "limited edition" items are final, with no exceptions
• All purchases to United States are final
• No price adjustments will be made for previously purchased items during special offers

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us at team@aaryajewels.ca and provide the reason for your return, along with any relevant details or photographic proof (if applicable).

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return
• Ensure that the item(s) are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging

Once we receive your request, we will review it and, if approved, initiate the return & refund process. We will also provide a return label & further instructions at that time. Return shipping and handling fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and the cost may be adjusted in the final refund amount. 

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
